We also received the email below from one of our clients who had spoken to their policyholder as part of their customer focussed approach and forwarded us the following comments;

I’ve just spoken to Mr Wills regarding the on-going repair at his property in Wiltshire. He has very kindly passed on some feedback regarding your colleagues and I wanted to pass it on to ensure their hard work is recognised.
Mr Wills mentioned that he has previous experience of poor workmanship and contractors but advised that your staff go out of their way to be polite, carry out a good standard of work and fully explain the work to Mr Wills and his family when asked. Mr Wills is VERY impressed.
